Diamondbacks

Well a lot of people know that I am a huge diamondback fan. Last year I watched almost every game I even went to a few games. I got my family to go to the rally they had and I got a free shirt which I wear all the time. I really am a major fan. Well because of the economy we do not have cable. I have been fine with not having it I consider it a luxury item. Well when the new season started I realized that much to my chagrin most of the games are aired on cable! There are only a few that are on fox. Now I am pretty sad that I do not have cable. Well yesterday as I was getting my daily dosage of the Diamondback website I discovered that there is a Spanish Channel that airs some of the games, so last night I checked to see if I could get that station and much to my excitement I can!!! So I now get to watch some of the games in Spanish, but hey it still the same Baseball. Free and I joke that I am going to start speaking Spanish and that my kids will too, at least I will learn all the Baseball terms in Spanish! By the way the D-backs swept the Rockies and have now won 2 games against the Dodgers!! GO DIAMONDBACKS

Book Tag

Book Tag
Tag, now I'm it.
My friend Brianna just tagged me in the book challenge, here are the rules:
1. Pick up the nearest book.
2. Turn to page 123.
3. Post the fifth sentence.

"Manning's withering tone caused Darcy to wince while the others became fascinated with their silver service or wineglasses."
Well Lately I have been reading the Darcy books, I am on the second one called Duty and Desire. Basically these books are the Pride and Prejudice books told from the perspective of Darcy. I love Pride and Prejudice and so am excited about reading these books, they are not quite as good but it is fun, and the author does a good job at keeping to the same language and tone of the books as Jane Austen did with Pride and Prejudice.
Now it is my turn to tag, I tag Kelly M, Kori C. and Tiffany B.

Oh the Drama

So this morning I was helping Brayden put together his train when out of nowhere this huge mosiquto jumps out and starts flying around us. Well of course I screamed because I am a total baby and hate any kind of bugs (at least it was not a spider those are the worst) Brayden saw it and just kept calling it a spider and would look at it and acted like it was no big deal, so I went downstairs to get a broom to attempt to kill this succor. Well when I went back up with the broom I could not see it. Brayden continued to play with his train and the monster jumped out again and this time Brayden screamed so loud and shrilly you would think he was dying, he ran away and started crying because this "spider" was going to get him. Well eventually I found it and smashed it with my broom, but Brayden does not think it is gone and refuses to play with his train!!! Oh the joys!

Brayden

So Brayden has discovered the boy girl thing, he is always saying that everyone is a boy, we had to work to tell him that momma and Liza are girls, it is so cute. We were watching Annie the other day and he kept saying the little boy!! So now he goes around saying "Brayden boy, Brayden boy" so fun when children learn new things
