I heard about her watching a Diamondbacks game. A Girl Knuckle ball pitcher playing professionally for Japan! Way cool!
Yoshida, the petite 18-year-old who became the first female drafted by a Japanese professional team, Kobe 9 Cruise of the Kansai Independent Baseball League, made her pro debut on March 26, 2009, at the Osaka Dome. She learned how to throw a knuckleball as a young girl by watching video of Wakefield.
Yoshida, who stands 5-foot-1 and throws her knuckleball with a sidearm motion, is in the United States to pitch in the independent Arizona Winter League. She got her first win on Feb. 12, tossing four shutout innings for the Yuma Scorpions.

Today I made snickerdoodles. It was the first time my kids have ever had them. Brayden and Eliza loved them. They each had two cookies. Brayden just would not stop pestering me for more. I told them they could have one more after dinner. A few minutes later while I was putting clothes away Brayden came in and said "Momma, how long will I have to stay in my room if I take a cookie?"
That boy was planning on sneaking a cookie he just wanted to know if the punishment was worth it! They way he thinks! Needless to say I put the cookies where they cannot get them!

New Post
Time for a new post.
Life is so crazy right now! We just had a fun week filled with activities while Kori was here. We took the kids to a movie, made crafts, went to the Arizona Science center, the park and shopping. We had a lot of fun on Easter at my Uncle Johns house, with a great dinner, fun easter egg hunt and riding his horse!
Now we are in the process of finishing all the paperwork for Free to start Midwestern in June! I cannot believe how quickly it is approaching. I am busy packing for our big move to Glendale! It will be so nice to finally be done and in Pharmacy school! We have three years left and Free is done with school! I am very excited to have my husband back!
Last night Eliza snuck butter out of the kitchen when she was supposed to be in bed, minutes later she came out and was covered in Butter! I am sure she now has silky smooth buttery skin!
Some days I feel like I cannot get anything done with the way my kids mess everything up! I guess that is how it goes, sure makes it stressful for me! It will all be worth it I know!
