Well Eliza is 15 months and does not walk around. She will walk to people, she can stand and pull herself up, she has the ability to walk, but just decides not too. She will climb up onto beds and chairs and tables but will not walk! What a very silly girl, especially since I have seen her walk and I know that she can!
